The three combined would win. Dr. Fate himeself could defeat her. With the others its just easier. Fate teleports Etrigan in close to rip out her heart and rip off her head. Ion uses his power to hold her still for the sec it takes.

You sure you do not have a misconception of the Phoenix Force powers? The phoenix Force has never shown to more then universaly powerful, the PF's top two feats, are repairing the Krystal which it didnt even do on its own, and secondly repairing a wounded universe, the PF has never shown on panel to create or to destroy a universe let alone the multiverse.
