Revan vs. Grievous (no force)

stupid, but a question.

if Revan didn't use his force powers, he might bite the big one. Grievous does kill Jedi for sport, but even if he did win, I bet he'd only have like 1 arm left.

This is a tough one. But since Grievious is made for killing Jedi and not Sith, there is a chance Revan would win.

But I have to ask, since a Force user's ability to wield a lightsaber is related to his potential with the Force, a Forceless Revan wouldn't last long, yes?

Well, that's true, without the force his skills would be significanlty weakened, and thus Grievous could waste him.
But, you know more about Revan than I do, and we both know he's a hardass.

this is actually a well balanced battle, although like Janus brought up, no force equals less saber control

Revan was way smarter, he could find away without the force.

Dude, you could argue Grievous has a lot of the same knowledge since he can just download strategies and Sith and Jedi lore into his brain.

His brain is NOT a robot brain, he learns like everyone else.

Well if you can't use the force like in force powers then grievous would be toast, if its total lack of force then he would have a chance.

Still i'd go with Revan, because Revan did know a lot about fighting, yes perhaps his skill with a lightsaber would go down, but there are other weapons he could handle and he was highly experienced incredibly fast and without any doubt one of the best fighters ever, with or without the force. Either way I think Revan will win, but when its no force at all it would be a lot closer and if its just without force powers Grievous would be dead meat.

Dude, Vader (either one) could take out Grievous without the force.
and Mace studied enough lightsaber combat to totally waste this chump

There's one thing you guys are forgetting... The Force is what gives a Jedi or Sith his ability to use the lightsaber naturally. Without the Force, they are like you and me. Can you kill Grievious with a lightsaber and nothing else?
