given how much i enjoyed i have high hopes for this one
its actually a remake of

and is about a young couple whose lives are turned upside down(cliche 1) when the husband is badly injured (cliche 2) in a traffic accident
she begins an affair with the doctor treating her husbands injuries and then it becomes apparent that the doctors wife caused the accident bringing closed a weird little circle of fate
