So I'm about to go on a Horror movie rampage....

Before Halloween, I plan on watch a shitload of horror films. I'd strongly appreciate some suggestions. Here's what I plan on watching so far:

28 Days Later
A Nightmare on Elm Street
A Nightmare on Elm Street II
Alien
Bad Taste
The Beyond
The Blair Witch Project
Braindead
The Brood
Bubba Ho-tep
Cabin Fever
Dawn of the Dead
Dawn of the Dead (2004)
Day of the Dead
The Evil Dead Trilogy
Frailty
Halloween
Haloween II
Hellraiser
Hellraiser II
Hostel
Invasion of the Body Snatchers (1978)
Jacob's Ladder
Jaws
Land of the Dead
The Lost Boys
Night of the Living Dead (1968)
Predator
The Ring
Rocky Horror Picture Show
Scary Movie Trilogy
Scream Trilogy
Shaun of the Dead
Signs
Sleepy Hollow
Stay Alive
Suspiria
They Live
Underworld
Underworld II
Wallace and Gromit in the Curse of the Were-rabbit
The Woods
Young Frankenstein

Keep in mind, many of these films may be shit, but I haven't seen them yet.

By the way, I'm not much of a Sixth Sense, TCM, Psycho, or Shining fan.

Alright I'll be watching those.

And I'll be watching the original Vanishing, along with Eyes Without a Face and New Nightmare. I'm gonna try to pick up The Howling.

I haven't seen much of the Friday the Thirteenth franchise, does anyone actually recommend me seeing them?

You haven't seen all those, Solo?

Since you're going with Halloween 1 and 2, I'd go with 4 also.

If you're going for Friday the 13th, go for 1, 2, and 3. I haven't seem a lot of those movies, but I guess those first three are the better.

Ya...Near Dark has some good scenes.
Definetly yes on the Friday 13th ( 1-3 ) after that it gets old and cheesey.
Add The Original Amityville Horror (1979) but if you can find Amityville 2(1982) also....watch the 2nd one first then the 1st movie.
Salem's Lot original is a spooky film without using alot of blood, more suspenseful. ( watch during a thunderstorm) smile (vampires)
The Devil's Rejects
Interview with a Vampire
Exorcist

Solo, try watching IT. I've never seen it myself, but whenever someone asks what people think is the most disturbing movie they've ever seen, it usually comes up.

I'd also say to watch Saw, Child's Play 1 & 2, and The Omen trilogy along with the other's members choices. I'd skip the cheesy 80's slashers unless you don't really want a imaginative scare.

Those are HARDCORE horror movies. You have to make your selection based on what you want to get out of your viewings.
