Which of Spiderman's enemies is the more efficent killer?

ok, heres the scenario, each villian is set lose and has to kill the most people in say 10 mins, whos going to win? the green goblins are considered individual characters, so say norman would beat harry

Electro, Hydro-man, Sandman...any of these characters could be very effecient killers due to large area attacks, but characters such as Doc Ock and Green goblin (Norman) with prep could be even more effecient due to machinery and weapons, it depends on how you think about it.

You realize the insane # of enemies Spidey has, right? It kinda makes this much to bague to be an efficient and focused battle.
