Captain America and The Thing take it. Thing can take out Venom, and Captain America could stalemate Spider-Man until that happened and The Thing and Cap would doubleteam and beat Spider-Man.
venom and spidey duble fly kick cap america through a wall.
then they take on thing - spidey annoys him a bit, while venom uses his strenght to take him down long enough for them both to web him up.
cap gets back up and - vruum through the air shield takes out venom.
thing rips out eventually - 2 on one spidey is trapped what will happen..................................................
spidey jumps out a window, but quick time grabs caps shield.
venom gets up and spears cap through a door and starts laying into him with some nasty claws and punches.
spidey jumps back up and pulls thing out the window, thing falls down the 10 story building and is knocked out for a while.
cap is doomed the 2 take him down with continous blows and kicks.
they then web him up and throw him out the back window into a dump truck he is eliminated from the equasion.......................................

Here's how it goes. Cap gets a double dropkick to the face, splattering him all over the place.
Now, for the real job:
Venom shoots some razor sharp pieces of the symbiote, Spidey webs quickly webs him. And then pokes his eyes out. Venom then uses the symbiote again to pull his brains out through his nose.
thing who is finaly up runs back up to the top floor to find the other 2 outside in the next flat across the road.
they keep on doing this until thing is tired, he ends up at an construction site - poles,girders,trucks,cement.
thing is looking around for them he is deeply out of breath.
then they both appear above him and drop a pile of poles girders on him.
they kick down a scaffolding on too thing he rolls onto a pit of cement were he is to tired to weak and to covered up with poles and objects to move..................................................
