which characters would most benefit* from the removal of all traces of CIS:

Galactus
Hulk
Surfer
Thor
Magneto
Juggernaut
Superman
Flash
MM
Orion

Also, as a general question not limited to the above named characters, which character is the most retarded by his character/mentality/intellect?

*benefit here, meaning have the greatest leap in performance wrt objectives/goals they have long set or in overcoming obstacles they have long been stumped by.

oh, you may want to give some reasons, to pad out your answers so that others can pick an argument with you... or not.

also, what is Galactus' objective? if he is free of his hunger, he ceases to be Galactus (the function) and the universe falls into disarray no?

He eats every planet without problems, maybe finds a way to cure his hunger, and then destroys the odd planet here and there.

Galactus is odd...what would turning CIS off do? In terms of a percentage power increase, it probably wouldn't be much. His point is to keep himself alive and keep the Celestials in check, not wreck sh*t. Turning CIS off just means he wouldn't let Surfer talk him out of destroying things every now and then.
