The Runner v.s. Black Flash
ok for any1 that dosent know about black flash, he is a personifacation of death that is used to bring death to those that are connected to the speed force (such as flash/wally), he also possesses some reality manipulation capabilities such as the ability to stop time...... the runner is an immortal elder of the universe and gains his speed from the everlasting power primordeal........... who would win in a race? my guess is black flash, what do u think?

Wally West Fastest Man Alive Gender: Male
Black Flash, I guess. Its a weird character to judge in fights like this but it seemed impossible to harm physically and its speed seemed limitless. Unless Runner has time travel powers and does the same thing Wally did, I don't see how he can win.
