people will say revan but thier isn't a confirmed cannon answer so he cant be counted. i think its better that vadrs the only one as it shows hes the chosen one and the special acception to the rule of the darkside.
Revan never chose to come back to the light. The Jedi erased his mind and reprogramed him with another mind. He was given another chance. He never chose to abandon the dark side and go light side.
Technically, if Light Side is canon, then that's true. The Jedi MADE Revan into a lightsider, though it was still by his own decisions that he stayed there.
