Kenobi wins. Seriusly, Kenobi was clearly Anakin's sueprior during the beginning of the Clone Wars - Anakin likely didn't pass Kenobi in power until close to ROTS. Between AOTC Anakin and Obi-Wan their dueling skills are tied, I'd say, with Kenobi being better with a blade as far as non-dueling saber action goes so overall Kenobi > Skywalker with a blade. He also > Skywalker with the Force and is far smarter than he is. Lastly, most people think that AOTC Anakin and TPM Obi-Wan are roughly on par so unless TPM Kenobi > AOTC kenobi then AOTC Kenobi > AOTC Anakin but after a hard fight, probably a fight that lasts 1.5-2 minutes, I'd say.

Dooku looks high on crack or something in that picture. However, I don't think Anakin loses in 15 seconds, more like 45-1 minute 30 s.
