Well...he had three times all of Superman's powers, he had the skills and brain power of batman, he had the ability to grow or shrink to any size, the ability to divide himself into three people, the ability to throw lightning bolts, to generate heat and light (of solar origin, so he can actually sundip himself), the ability to make things super lightweight, or super heavy, the ability to eat any form of matter, invisibility, inflation, stretch powers, shapeshifting, Telepathy, Braniac 5's intelligence, Magnetic powers, X-ray vision that could even see through lead, the ability to transmute any element, the ability to phase through matter, the ability to reduce the heat around him, he had Karate Kid's skill in martial arts, he could generate illusions, had a reality warping scream, the ability to cause accidents and disasters, he could develop the powers necessary to defeat ANY opponent, could weild the light-cancelling darkforce, had various spell casting abilities, and could absorb all sorts of energy attacks.

EDIT: That reality warping scream gives him the powers of Pyrokinesis, force fields, teleportation, explosions, telekinesis, transmutation, weather manipulation, chronokinesis, vertigo, and wind manipulation....not to mention the plot device magic gives him.
