silverman, hammerhead, and black tarantula are all takeing a shot at the kingpin's turf they are not working together but are all attacking at the same time and naturally since they are getting in eachother's way they are gonna try and take eachother out as well

100 thugs (armed with brass knuckles and tommy guns)
25 infinity Gs for drive bys

1 barge docked in a harbor
50 hand ninjas ( armed with poison tipped katanas and throwing stars)
and 50 rpgs
The Kingpin
elektra
bullseye
2 office buildings with large subbasements, and fisk towers
200 thugs( armed with switch blades and m4 carbines)
30 nerve gas bombs

I would have to go with the Kingpin's Squad on this one...Bullseye and electra would take out most of the other teams thugs not to mention you gave the Kingpin 200 thugs plus nerve gas
