Super Skrull versus Amazo: You Decide Who Wins!

 Super Skrull versus Amazo: You Decide Who Wins!

A mysterious cosmic entity has decided to entertain himself by pitting a battle between two masters of power assimilation, Super Skrull from Marvel and Amazo from DC.

The rules for this match are:

1) Both fighter can absorb ALL abilities, equipment and attributes from ONLY FOUR characters from their universe (ie Super Skrull can only choose 4 Marvel characters and Amazo can only choose 4 DC characters)

2) The characters they choose to absorb powers from MUST BE herald level or lower.

3) Magic, Matter manipulation, and BFR are not allowed.

4) They cannot absorb each other's powers.

Under these rules, who will win between the Super Skrull and Amazo?
