marvel&dc vs onslaught, thanos , and darkside

onslaught,thanos , and darkside are planning to destroy both the DC universe and the marvel universe..... the fan 4 find out about the planed attack and warn both marvel and DC heroes...reed Richards has built a machine to take them to the place where they plan on their attack the thing is only 10 heroes can be brought there.....5 marvel....5 DC.....who makes the list.?......who wins......and who is left standing at the end.....? onslaught has all his powers..(does not have Franklin's powers)
