Dooku in both. Even amped, Malak is not a fighter of Anakin's league, and Ventress is also inferior to both Anakin and Obi-Wan.
Dooku proved himself to being able to hold his own against superior opponents.
In a 20 ft by 20 ft room with a duelist whose specialization is raw power. This is on the Invisible Hand. Dooku'd dominate that fight were it there. And he'd win this fight with difficulty.
Dooku was still dominated by a duelist who's speciality was raw power on the Invisible Hand. Which doesn't have that much space between the balcony and all the obstacles around the room, whereas the other room was very open. In fact, I'd say that wherever you fight in the Throne room of the Invisible Hand you have less space at any one point than Dooku did in the other room. And apart from the hangers there's little else that's a wide open space for him to fight in on that ship. Furthermore, Malak isn't a goddamn noob like Savage and presents a far greater challenge that Dooku can't hold off easily with lightning. With his SF amp he's a legitimate challenge for Dooku by himself, and with Ventress they've got the clear advantage.

He was dominated by the Chosen One, the same guy who even before his defeat of Dooku the narrative suggests he could perhaps be the strongest Jedi of all time.
You would be wrong. Especially considering Dooku has plenty of space to retreat and maneuver in the Wizard's Tower. Throw in the ton of shit Dooku can crush people with and you have a far easier way of dismissing people from the fight.
You need to rewatch ROTS. If Savage and Ventress ambushed Dooku on the invisible hand he'd kick Savage's face in and take him out of the fight for the 5-10 seconds he'd require to murk Ventress with the Force.
That 'goddamn noob' has defeated two members of the Jedi Council, one of whom is one of the greatest blademasters in history. You act as though Malak has some godly experience. He was garbage tier during the Mandalorian Wars and there are only 2 years in between the Mando wars and the Jedi Civil War. The dude has maybe a year on Savage in terms of Sith training.
And do you seriously believe that Anakin with between 2-8 regenerations couldn't defeat Revan? Please Malak is good but lets not forget that Revan defeated him with his amp multiple times on the Star Forge. Revan isn't that much more powerful than Dooku.

I'm inclined to agree with Xtasy and Seleniel.
