hmm Sephiroth, simply put, Victor has no battle stopping feats...he cant summon meteors and cast spells like heartless angel, sin harvest or super nova...his power is limited....unless theres more to him than what i remember in the game...it was really much harder because you had to fight basically 3 bosses in a row....but Victor and Sephiroth could have a good simple magic/sword fight, hes fast and lethal, can fly and created all these special attacks which are quite devastating

Victor does have his summons as well. He is possesed by the demon Azrial. He has the ability to control the minds of others.
I think it would be a very good match up.
