But I think that if you wanted to do that you would have to somehow grow boobs and become smokin hot.

I prefer the total gym from a conditioning/strengthing standpoint.
I think Bowflex has it's usefullness for someone starting a "weightlifting" routine but falls short once you have actually used free weights.
I would take the total gym and just buy adjustable dumbells
