The Final Aeon wins. The battle depends on where it takes place. If it's in the depths of Vigoor, the Final Aeon gets schooled. If it's inside Sin, the Vigoor Emperor gets schooled.

The problem with that is you most likely can't fight these characters anywhere else except in their realm. The Final Aeon only existed inside Sin...and the VE could probably fight somewhere else, though the Final Aeon has to stay inside Sin to be at full power.
Lol at the Calm Lands...that lushous, green, vast field would turn into a hell if the VE came to that area...
