The First Fallen is a biznitch! He doesn't allow violence in his realm, so he probably isn't real effective at using his power offensively, beyond energy blasts that were easilty deflected by Psylocke. Apparently reality warpers with a heads up can warp somebody and possiblely themselves immune to his powers. If they are in his realm and have no prep they won't be able to attack, he'll have no reason to fight and nobody wins. If it's outside or they warp immunity who knows they would probably take him down, but his powers have not been defined at all. All we know is that he is the opposite of Phoenix, and that he is the essence of endless changeless prefection (which sounds more like a child of Master Order than a Phoenix opposite.)
