Has Wolverine got the GLring or his opponent? it may beme but the topic title isn't too clear.
Basicaly anybody with a GL ring should be able to beat Wolverine.
Edit: ahhh you changed the title, I would say Doc Strange, Superman maybe and probably a more experienced GL and anyone Skyfather level.

I doubt he'd be able to do too much with the ring. I'd say any low tier herald could beat him. Maybe even some in Iron-Man's bracket.
