Nope.


Inertia's powers are currently temporary , Velocity 9 wears off after a certain amount of time so Speed just has to keep him occupied. Also Match will die in one hit from Speed .

Vision also has time-travel capability. So he could do a jump and punch all their mothers in the stomachs.

Yet, his apperances in Flash show he can still keep his speed for extended amount of time. One hit from speed would kill Match? highly doubtful

'The Rival' who created Velocity 9 was depowered after (about) a day I think (Possibly less) , also he is continuously injecting it into him , like a drug.

That's still a LOT of time for such an experienced speedster, and when Rival had it he was a beast so Interia would be the same.

He is still high end durability, his vibrations only worked thus far on normal humans. Plus, what is Speed's top speed anyways? I have all of YJ and he didn't display awesome speed.

The day thing is an assumption , usually an average story lasts around a day...

Meh , it's still molecular vibration. Wally going through the S-man woud still create a large splatter, why not Speed ?

The Bio-aura protects him from blunt/bladed/exploding/energy attacks. Not having every molecule of your being vibrate so fast they shoot off in different directions.
