For what its worth, Dr. Doom isnt a half bad hand to hand fighter. He was completely naked and weakend and killed a lion with his bare hand. In his armor with very little power he was fighting demons in hell. So with a powered up suit, I think he could take him hand to hand.

Hand to Hand? Not likely. DS can basically know what Doom is going to do before he can do it. He's that good speed wise.
