Mr.Fantastic Vs. Plasticman

Who would win in a battle of the stretchers?The popular Mr.Fantastic,or the veteran Plasticman.The fight takes place on Triton,the largest moon of Neptune,and the coldest place in our solar system.This environment will provide a challenge because it will hinder their ability to stretch.Also,Triton has countless geysers that spew liquid nitrogen,which will prove as another obstacle.
