I think batman would run through them all pretty easily without any weapons. Yeah, he would definately put them down in this gauntlet.

Batman fugitive TDK walks into blacks ops special forces barrracks and engages in a conversation with the squadron commander. the squad attack and are disarmed knocked out and wounded broken rib here broken arm there jaw fracture here batarang in the femoral artery there.
GiJoe will be taken apart quicker because
a] TDK will not be gentle
b] no distracting conversation
c]The black ops unit Batman broke down was tasked directly to Luthors White House GiJoe are good. But Amanda Waller and Luthor put together bigger badder teams than GiJoe all the time.
I would give Flint, Duke and Spirit the majority against Batman in hand to hand as group, Sgt. Slaughter and Quick Kick are just extra. If Duke can can keep Flint in line then the three of them should have no problem with an unarmed Batman in melee. Keeping Flint in line may be a bit of a problem though since he is arrogant, cocky and has a death wish, so he often rushes headstrong into bad situations.

I thought people might find this interesting. I was reading some Action Force comics today and according to issue 5, Quick Kick has recieved some training from Shang-Chi, and has met Iron Fist, Elektra and Batroc.
