Battle takes place in an evacuated New York City

Doesn't matter which option it is. The Entropy Aegis rapes the Destroyer.

Is it stronger than Entropy? Hint: There's only one right answer to this.

What does Entropy have to do with anything?
Are you implying Steel ='d Entropy?

Entropy Aegis easily in the first two scenarios. The third one is debatable, but I would say Imperiex armor + Apokoliptan Technology> Asgardian magic.

Destroyer in every scenario is the winner.

Never. Nothing in the history of it's existence has ever hurt it. Not even a scratch. It's taken on the Quintessence and come out sterling. And the reason I mentioned Entropy, is that it has power over entropy and can use it as a weapon.
