 Miffed My Team vs Marauders, U-Foes and Frightful Four

My Team Kurse (immune to Iron), US Agent (Annilihation version), Temugin (with rings)Black Tarantular, Shroud and Super Sabre.

VS

Marauders (Blockbuster, Lady Mastermind, Mystique, Omega Sentinel, Prism, Sabretooth, Vertigo), UFoes (Ironclad, Vector,X-Ray and Vapor) and Frightful Four (Wizard, Trapster, Hydro Man, Titania and Klaw)

There are no superheroes left in NYC and my team have a week to think of a way to beat the villains. They get basic knowledge on all of their powers and skills. Assume that Temugin has knowedege of tech as his father Mandarin and BT still has his resources. The villains have prepped to take over NYC but assume that their are no superheroes present. Can my team think of way to beat the villains?
