I thought that Thanos had teleportation tech that he could possibly use to try and beat Synn like they did in Rann/Thanagar War. I don't know if he can use it to teleport others or just himself though. I also wasn't sure who had greater molecular manipulation control, because that could be a deciding factor too.

20 minutes is not enough time. Give him a day or two at least. Thanos doesn't have the kind of ready made solution that Zeta beams presented. Or does he get that tech?

With minutes of prep Thanos came up with a plan to improve the technology of a race who's tech is powerful enough to move a planet from one side of the universe to the other side he was able to nearly mind rape Galactus he also made a plan to put bombs on Galactus' ship and then used the rigellan's teleporter to move rigellian 3 above the planet where Galactus and Hunger was standing the planet also had bombs on it as well. He stop Hungers initional attack & nearly killed Galactus in the process. Thanos always has something up his sleeve
