Hulk. I don't think Iron-Man has enough firepower or defense to put down a pissed off Hulk. Wonder Man will try and duke it out H2H and will get his *** handed to him.
Byrne's Hulk beat two avengers teams easy as hell, 13 heroes went down.

The difference is that he isn't wearing some ancient armor from the 70's/80's, and he has all the new weapons he has developed over the years; Anti-Hulk Nanites, Blackhole bombs, satellite weapons, negative zone teleporters, new and improved Hulkbuster armors (something he didn't have when he fought mindless hulk), Iron Man drones, etc
If Iron Man gets access to all that, then mindless hulk gets destroyed.
Do you seriously expect a random weakened Hulk from the 70's/80's to be a threat to today's Iron Man and Wonderman? Especially, after Civil War, and all the World War Hulk non-sense where all the heroes practically catered to Hulk's tantrum, and refused to actually kill the hulk?
If Iron Man and Wonderman are out to kill and are seriously pushed, then they won't hesitate to hold back, esp. with civilian lives on the line. They won't be coddling and babying the Hulk like they've done in the past, and trying to 'calm him down', and all that non-sense.
