DS has New 52 gear but he gets both pre 52/new 52 feats.

Regular spiderman.

Round 1: random encounter

Round 2: 1 week prep for DS

Spidey, superior speed strength and agility PLUS spider sense clinches this for ol pete any day

in the second scenario ill still say Spidey although he doesn't walk away smiling thats for sure

Once he tags Slade he KOs him, Slade could hurt Spidey but I doubt he could KO him and he's certainly not hitting him with any gunfire, not with Spidey sense to aid Spider Man

He has tanked hits from hawkman who is easily spidey lvl strength(and now above it)

senses the air current moving and moves before tigorr can speed blitz him from behind.

Point blank dodges bullet fire.

and of course this scan which i already showed but he is much faster than hawkman who has been able to contend with aquaman and blitz tackled wonder woman.

Deathstroke is not a slouch and these are only a few new 52 feats he has a plethora of good pre 52 feats.

HE ALSO HAS SOME NTH METAL IN HIS ARMOR AND A CRAZY HEALING FACTOR
