Dr. Doom vs. Loki
I think this would be a classic.
I think Dooms greatest feat of mind was during Secrete Wars when he was able to look at the big picture and foresee what Galactus was up to and prepare a machine (via klaw) to take total control. Not to mention all his techy things and his knowledge of the arcane.
Loki has proved capable of some damn good scheming himself (to a lesser degree) but he is very difficult to kill and he has great personal power/abilities, and he can use various devices to augment his abilities
So who do you think would take this fight, science(a little magic) vs magic (a little science)?
You do know that Doom has a little more, than a little magic he came in 2nd to Strange in the sorcery competition. So his knowledge is quite vast in the dark arts.
