Captain Mar-Vell the first version, as stated above capable of lifting 1000lbs was able to go toe to toe with Namor in water....
And if I were to think of someone who can match or exceed Cap's fighting skill, it would be Mar-Vell. I'm going with Mar-Vell on this one for a healthy majority.
