I guess it wasnt simple enough.

See, Grundy varies in strength during different stories. Sometimes he's a beast that can go toe to toe with Superman. That version would beat the Thing. Other times he has been shown to be much less as in the time Batman kicked his ass. That version would lose to the Thing.

Who would win? It depends.
