Batman could probably take Beetle considering he's kind of like Firefly. KINDA, don't rip me apart on that one kids. Sandman is the real difficult one in this match. Maybe Bruce can make something to disturb the sand structure in The Sandman. In any case, he's got BG to back him up, which in all probibility should be able to solo this. But an intelligent Sandman could be difficult
In a random street encounter, Batman would have a tough one with Sandman. I think he would require preparation to take him down. Booster Gold might not be too much assistance against Sandman.
Sandman is the winning factor I imagine.
