Best Movie Creatures?

Post what you think are the best movie creatures and post pictures too.

I was watching Fear & Loathing yesterday and was thinking that the human sized Lizards in the bar are one of the best creature designs ever put on film

Anyways, the Aliens and Predators certainly should get some recognition here, as well as Pumpkinhead, Cloverfield monster, Godzilla and crew, 90s Gamera and crew, the JP dinosaurs, and so on.

Godzilla, in Godzilla, Mothra & Kind Ghidorah: Giant Monsters All-Out Attack.

This has the best rendition of Godzilla I've ever seen. The rubber suit is at its best, the white pupilless eyes make him look badass; there's even one scene (where he's swimming underwater), where Godzilla is pure CGI (this is the CGI Godzilla they should've had in '98).

(This was the best pic I could find from the film. While it doesn't show the pupilless eyes to best advantage, it does highlight Big G's outstanding tricep and quadricep development. cool

The best Godzilla suits are GMK, GFW, Godzilla vs. Mothra, GXMG, and GvMG.
