Superman get's one pieced, with the rest of these goons. With the Power Gem Thanos becomes invincible, he would be beyond them all put together as one being, they wouldn't be able to hurt him, according to the power the the PG give an adept user.

If Thanos went all out and he wasn't playing with them it would take less than ten seconds to reduce the lot of these guys to dust.

Power Gem: It contains access to all power and energy that ever has or will exist, backs the other gems and boosts their effects. It allows the user to duplicate almost any physical superhuman ability and become invincible
