Superman level physical stats AND a GL ring (multiple rings don't multiply power, btw) = someone who is better than Majestic.
Henshaw would heal from any sword wounds. Eventually he'd put Majestros down. Epic fight though.

They do give more power although not necesarilly x2 x3 x4 ect,hal during his fal was collecting more rings and becoming more powerful and unless your suggesting one ring took mongul from around supermans level to being able to wreck a team full of heralds they clearly do make you more powerful,Don't see why henshaw wouldn't win this.
