wolvie maybe be smaller faster, idk bout combat skill and definately not reach...his claws would have to be like 2 feet plus herc is too strong and too durable

His claws are about a foot, that is more than enough to give him a size able reach advantage the reach advantage. Wolverine is with out a doubt, he isn't durable enough to turn Wolverine's claws and strength doesn't matter all that much when you have to play 100% defense against a guy who can end the fight in one blow. Sure he could decided to barrel straight into Wolverine full steam and decided to take a blow to land one of his own... but that isn't a strategy that will end up in his favour considering Wolverine can cripple / incapacitate / out right end the fight with a well placed blow, while the reverse isn't true.

Once again, to avoid confusion, Herc beats bone claw Wolverine.
