Kurse is not only Class 100, he's strong enough to dominate Thor w/e the belt of strength. and it took the combined power of Stormbringer, and Mjolnir just to knock him out. The hammers were completely and permanently drained of power. The power was restored by the Beyonder, but the amount of energy needed to just knock this guy out, says that Maxam has no chance.

No, Maxam is in the 100-ton range. She-Hulk hurt her hand punching him, and he knocked her out with a backhand. Plus, he arm-wrestled Drax to a stalemate. However, this is still way below Kurse's level, so he still won't win.
well, adam warlock's blast wasn't a normal blast as it hits the soul. it by passes all muscle and bone and rapes your very being, a direct hit from that would put down most under dp tyrant level.
but as for algrim, he like all dark elves are vulnerable to pure steel so if any of it happened to be lying around, he might go down if struck by it. the likelihood of that is slim but if they fought in a cityscape...you never know.
No, I don't think so... Maxam is on par with Hercules. Plus, he have great combat skills. If he's lucky, Maxam could maybe find Kurse's weakess by throwing him something.
I know, but Thor and Bill refer themselve a lot on respectively Mjorlnir and Stormbreaker. But eh... What if Maxam, in a desesperate move, throw a car to Kurse? With luck, Maxam could win.
