especially Destroyer Armor even Odin has defeated "it" by attacking the soul or host rather than outright overpowering it.

I'm going with RKT. Mjolnir, Destroyer, and Belt of Strength should be easy for him to neutralize. He is the Lord of Asgard after all.
Quite possibly the OdinSword too. That just leaves Thor with the Power Gem which won't be anywhere near enough.
