I wonder...I feel as if Sinister would be somewhat resistant to it

If Red gets a hold on him, Sinister's telepathy may be rendered useless. What are Sinisters other powers?

Theoretically, Sinister should be immune to it, but Red's ability is very strong. It might kill him anyway if he gets a grip.

Red is very fast. His tendrils can block bullets at point blank. He can probably do some damage even physically.

still sinister has taken a full power optic blast point blank from cyclops and made a comment about how futile it is to attack him.i dont see death spores working imo.

While I'll agree that Sinister is likely immune to the deathspores, I still give this to Red. The guy can lift and toss tanks and is more or less constantly bloodlusted. I'd assume he has some type of TP resistance since hes fought telepaths before and as far as Im aware has never been affected by them. He might not kill Sinister, but he can beat him into a pool or jelly in short order.

Depends of if Sinister can be affected by death spores or not.

So Gambit can charge up people now? Lots of grisly possibilities there. And is it wrong of me to think Mr. Sinister and Loki make oddly cute females?

Looks like there's not much difference between Emma, Xavier, Exodus and Sinister as far as telepathy goes.

Wasn't Sinister able to control the molecules of his body? My point couldn't he get free of OR tendrills?

I'll give edge to Sinister.
OR was overwhelmed by TP in the past, and Sinister's damage soak is good enough to get to that point.
