Riddick and Kyra (Chronicles of Riddick) versus Marv and Kevin (Sin City.)
Hand to hand combat, no weapons. The fight takes place in the back alleys of Basin City. No stealth involved, Riddick's night vision is not a factor (The alley is perfectly lit so that all combatants can see the same), and there is typical alley debris scattered everywhere (Bottles, pallets, trash cans.)
Fight to the death. Who wins?

I might take flak for this, but I believe Riddick would take Marv.

By being a far better h2h combatant. Plus he displays strength feats in COR and PB that are far more than peak human.

Plus you gotta remember what Riddick can do with a knife, or pretty much anything with a sharp edge. If he gets ahold of a piece of glass or an empty beer bottle, Marv is done.
The question is can Kyra take Kevin?

Marv is far more durable than just some regular dude, so "a piece of glass" isn't likely going to bring him down. Riddick also has to get in close to use that piece of glass, one grab from Marv and it's over for Riddick.
Doubt she could without a real weapon and Kevin comes equipped with his super-sharp nails.
Kyra was shown fighting four and five prison guards at a time, and holding her own against necromongers. She is pretty close to Kevin in speed and just as brutal.
Riddick is umpteen times faster than Marv, one slice to the jugular and Marv bleeds out. I love Marv, but man, I think Riddick is too much for him. The man tore through Necromongers "As if they werent even there." Gotta remember him matching that huge alien bird thing in PB in strength.

Kevin has the best reaction time of the bunch, if he isn't a bullet timer. He's close. Marv's durability is inhuman and his trength is at least equal to Riddicks. In other words I'd give the advantage to Marv and Kevin. Strangely I think the best strategy for Riddick and Kyra is to switch opponents if you will. Kyra vs Marv and Riddick vs Kevin. As Riddck has shown the ability to tangle with super fast folks and small, quick, agile fighter have thrown Marv off his game and he has reservations about hurting women.
Good point. Kyra'd have trouble taking Marv out though. Riddick would take Kevin out fairly easily I think. Then he could join Kyra against Marv.

Yeah I didn't say it was a perfect plan. Just that it might be their best shot. I think the things working in Kyra's favor would be agility, stealth, and possible speed. Not unlike Marv's first encounter with Kevin. Though Kyra is nowhere near as fast or strong as Kevin. That and she's a chick.
Kyra and Riddick work better as a team, thats gonna a factor.

Well riddick and Kira are quicker than marv, and Kevin may be quick and quiet, but quiet is obviously irrelavant because of the lighting. So weapons may make this the same stalemate i already think it is. Riddick is a beast, but marv was just so durable. And kevin showed absolutely no signs of pain so he is durable as well. Idk man im babbling.
Kevin fell pretty hard the one time Marv hit him. For all we know, a well placed Kyra kick would KO Kevin.

I would believe it too if you didn't made the match hth only. If Riddick had a knife I could easily see him beating Marv. However team Sin City wins because it's Kevin > Marv. Remember Kevin was the one that beat Marv in a straight up fight, not the other way around.
Marv wil never lay a hand on Riddick. Riddick is just as strong and way faster.
Kevin beat Marv in a straight up fight? You mean snuck up on him and blinded him? K.

Marv is likely stronger than Riddick and by a good measure. He pushed a guys head into a brick wall, into it. He also splintered a wooden door and sent 4-5 men flying.
Like I said, Riddick is going to have to get in close to hit Marv; Marv is likely to land a grab, it's over from there.
