Anomaly takes it. he was going to destroy Marvels cosmics if they did'nt make a pact with him & shit...

Spectre at full power is God & I did'nt want that in here really cause that's too much on there side then...

I'm not sure if Lucifer wins to be honest with ya here. I could see either it's close I'm might favor other actually but it's close...

I favor Phoenix. IMO FullPhoenix is the TOP cosmic being short of the LiviningTribunal.

Lucifer and Michael are the 2nd strongest beings in DC. I'd give them the fight over IG (just my opinion). Phoenix was going to get killed by Galactus so I'd definitely give Michael the win over it 10/10.

Hourman One Million is strong. He had the WLG (part of it). At full power he will be much stronger then Galactus.

IDK why I gave the fight to ION against a Celestial.

I didn't read COIE nicely. I read through it very quickly because of the bad drawing. Didn't Spectre need help from the magical users plus help from the Presense in order to fight AM.

Well the IG also makes one almost the top dog. Only TOAA & LT(though some debate it) & HOTU Thanos... Possible Phoenix, i've seen some people rank the Full Phoenix as LT equal if not above...I personally think just short of IG levels...SO that's only like 2 maybe 3 people above him in Marvel U...
Galactus NEVER faced a fullpower Phoenix keep that in mind...

Galactus at full power takes MultiEternity's place, is he that powerful?

Canon or not, Dark Phoenix was able to defeat Galactus through sheer force in a 1-on-1.
That wasn't even her strongest incarnation.

Phoenix has to climb a great ladder in the hierarchy
before even approximating the IG.
