This is actually my favorite fight between two characters from two different universes.
I've read all of the appearances from both characters and I don't know who would win in a fight.
I know for sure that Plutonian is faster and I know for sure that Sentry is much harder to take down.
Other than that it becomes a guessing game, because even if one character looks stronger in one area... the other character might not be far behind. Like for example in the strength department: Plutonian was still standing, when half the pull of black hole was activated – which resulted in the weight of a star system being dropped on top of him. That weight liquified beings strong and durable enough to split planets in half. Now Sentry has never pulled something like that off, but I don't see Sentry struggling with half of the pull of a black hole. I just don't. Even high heralds should be able to deal with that just fine and both Plutonian and Sentry are above that level in my opinion.
Or how about energy projection? Plutonian has never destroyed planets with his energy projection, but he has casually erased entire cities with his heat vision – so I wouldn't be surprised, if he could burn down an entire planet in its entirety.
In the end of the day, they both affect matter and change reality. To me it looks like Plutonian has the potential for better control on a smaller level, while Sentry has the potential for more power on a higher level, just with less control over it. But that doesn't tell me who would win.
Sentry. Even without going Void, he tanked Black Bolt's voice and overloaded Absorbing Man (not to mention treating a solid mid herald, Terrax, like a child).

Are you kidding me? Absorbing Man is op as phuck. He's absorbed all sorts of power types and artifacts with no issues, yet Sentry was a bridge too far for good ol' AM.
Terrax's geokinesis lifted the entire island of Manhattan into orbit, he's survived inside a super massive black hole for weeks and was actually getting the upper hand against a Galactus' amped Dazzler until Recorder boosted her power even more, he's destroyed an entire planet, he's gone toe to toe with Morg for extended periods of time, in a weakened body he fought off Nova/Firelord/Air Walker, in a weakened body he was winning against the New Warriors and Fantastic Four who were armed with Anti-Terrax weapons by Reed (it took the Silver Surfer to save them). Those feats alone sh|t all over anything Plutonian has done and yet Sentry treated him as a child unworthy of his attention.
I don't think I need to mention how haxx Black Bolt's voice is. Even people that undersell Marvel characters know what's up with him.

That's because Marvel has an Superman obsession, if they can't own him they will created characters based on him and TRY to make them more powerful than the original, and Marvel fan boys will follow suit and eat it up.
Are you talking about the prison planet with a gravity well? Do you have scans of it? It’s been awhile but I don’t think he withstood half a black hole worth of gravity. The total was half but they don’t show them using it at full capacity at least that’s how I remember.
Yes, they used it at its full capacity. Half a black hole worth of force.
It's an amazing feat, but I don't think it's something out of the ordinary for even Marvel high heralds. If I remember correctly, then Thor flew into a black hole to grab Red Hulk and fly him out. So escaping its power strikes me as something high heralds can do consistently... and I'd always argue that the Plutonian and the Sentry are above the high herald level.
first you wank the feat and then try to pass it on as ordinary by saying that any high herald can perform it just so that others don’t look deeper into your claims.
The prison guards, were able to control the gravity of the prison with pinpoint accuracy. They could increase the gravity of the prison to pin a prisoner from normal planetary level to whatever they wanted, in this case it was a hundred fold. Not full capacity of a half a blackhole. And it wasn’t always turned on, they used it only when they had to take control of a situation with rowdy prisoners.
