The following guys are taking an I.Q. test together:

Forrest Gump
Tugg Speedman
Bubba (Forrest Gump)
Zoolander
Hansel
Harry and Lloyd (Dumb and Dumber)

Who scores highest? Lowest? They are all armed with a #2 pencil and calculator.

Feel free to add more dumbasses I might have forgotten.

I would put Forrest Gump as the smartest. He fails at life, but I don't think his intelligence is as low as these other guys.

Lloyd or Zoolander would be definitely last. I think both of them can't really read (or 'read good' lol). But at least Lloyd can be cunning, stealing Harry's girlfriend like a ninja and also spiking him with Lax.
