William Corvinus Vs. Victor Creed
William Corvinus is the first Lycan (from Underworld: Evolution). He is an immortal and is over 800 years old. He has superhuman strength, speed and agility. Armed with his teeth and his claws he is able to tear humans apart with ease. His only weakness is silver, which will kill him pretty quick. He is able to absorb huge amount of damage without it affecting him, as was seen in the movie when absorbed dozens of bullets.
Victor Creed is a mutant (from X-Men and X-Men Origins: Wolverine). He has a healing factor which allows him to recover from most wounds almost instantly and is armed with claws that can cut through steel with ease. He's fast and and agile, and can move pretty fast on all four.
The fight takes place in a forest. Who would win?

William.
He was doing pretty decent against Michael, despite him being an extremely powerful hybrid, more powerful, faster, etc... And William had been locked up for 800 years with no food or water.
Creed got his ass handed to him by Wolverine once he got the adamantium and got serious.
