The trio Work together and Prep for 1 year (assume they work excellent with eachother). At the end of that year CURRENT DC Earth and CURRENT Marvel Earth Merge. The Heroes and Villians have no idea what is going on.
In the Chaos, the Trio Commence the attack to kill everyone on the planet.
1) SBP shatters Earth to smithereens when nobody expecs that
2) Strange opens portal to Shuma dimension or something
3) Grey mindrapes anybody trying to make sense of what is going on
4) Trio wins
SBP can destroy the planet with a single punch.
Strange can open a portal to realms of Cyttorak, Dormammau, or Shuma Gorath.
X-man could try to mindrape them to no avail. Emma, Jean, X, and Manhunter would annihlate him.
