Will Everett III absorbed the power of the Overmaster and defeated him after he had soloed the JLA. The overmaster was basically a Galactus knock off. I doubt very much WBH is above Galactus.

Not saying the Hulks don't win (they might) but i doubt anyone solos.

His heralds stomped teh JLA including Cap Atom, MMH, WW, Flash and L'ron in Despero's body.
Also when he came to judge Earth i judgement day no one was born or died during dudgement day. Anyone who suffered a fatal injury was stil walking around as though it hadn't happened. IIRC Booster Gold even fought with his hearty ripped out of his chest and his arm pulled off.
