From what I know of Savage Dragon his not in Namor's weight class. He has some pretty good regeneration put not good enough. Namor 10/10 in a brawl.

Good enough for what? Good enough to keep him alive after the fight's over? Probably.

I recall when he was put into a human body, and his regeneration was good enough to bring him back from a bullet in the head. Pretty decent. Not enough to stand up against Namor in battle.

Namor should be able to rip his head off with his strength.
