Nah, he's not related to Colossus, but his winning depends on what kind of metal he can get his hands on, since he changes into whatever metal he touches. So he turns into Adamantium if he touches it. Although his strength was never elaborated on, he could be anywhere from Class 25-100. Colossus takes it.
