Who can tank a universal nullifier?

 Who can tank a universal nullifier?

So assume that there is a much weaker version of the UN that can only nullify a single universe at a time. The characters on my list will have 20 seconds to get their guard/shield/barriers up but they may not avoid or run away from it. Absorbing the blast is also an option.

This isn't the ULTIMATE NULLIFIER, its just universal nullification.

Plus Anti-Monitor and Mxy are billions of times more powerful than Oblivion. And UN is billions of times more powerful than Oblivion as well.
